Terms and Termination
This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date as specified above. This Agreement and the obligations of the parties hereunder may terminate early upon the occurance of any of the following events:
- Completion of Services by Klass Events.
- Completion of all services rendered to the client by Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management and as specified in any applicable Submission and Phase Work Order.
- Termination of Service by Client.
Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management shall be paid any outstanding amounts owing for services as per the agreed payment schedule and expenses incurred through to the termination date. The Client shall also reimburse Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management for the costs of all non-cancellable committed services, expenses and materials on order (which shall become the Clients property) sulting from such termination or suspension of services.
GST
Event charges are inclusive of GST.
Minimum Purchase
There is no minimum purchase of tickets for any event.
Currency
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Payment Policy
Registrations for any course listed on the Klass Events site must be accompanied by payment in full. Failure to attend any courses on the day will result in forfeiture of the full course fee, unless a substitute can be send in their place. In the event that a substitute cannot be found, in such circumstances an alternative couse date will be offered. Klass Events Conference and Seminar Management reserves the right to cancel any courses should their be insufficient attendees and will seek an alternate date to conduct the course.
Privacy Policy
All data given on this site by clients is safely stored and kept confidential on a secure server. Any data given on this site shall not be sold or given to any other marketing entity. Any personal details given on this website such as addresses, phone contact details, email addresses, credit card details shall not be disclosed to any other entity.
Online Purchases
When making a purchase from www.klassevents.com you may be asked to supply your credit card, debit card or any other payment mechanism information. You agree that all information you provide in connection with such purchase will be accurate, complete, current and correct. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when usch charges are incurred.
All credit payments will be Visa, Mastercard or by electronic debit. By purchasing products or services using this website, klassevents.com.au you are giving Klass Events Conference and Seminar Management the authority to debit your credit card, account/bank for all fees owing. Any disputed debits will be exclusively dealt with under the policies and procedures of the particular credit card company.
Charges, Invoicing and Payment
As a consideration for Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management, the client agrees to pay Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management the amounts as set forth in the Payment Schedule. Invoices will be issued at the set instalment intervals by Klass Events and will be payable within 7 days of invoice. Cheques to be made payable to: Klass Events Seminar and Conference Management. Overdue invoices will incur a 20% surcharge of the invoice outstanding amount.
Payment Terms
Klass Events payment schedule for services rendered are set out in the following schedule:

1st Payment: 30% booking fee for engagement of services on sign up of Contract.

2nd Payment: 40% 4 weeks before the event or upon an agreed date by both parties.
- 3rd Payment: Balance of payment 1 week prior to event.
